Design Partnership Environment & Data
Separate Development Tenant
During the design partnership, participants will use a dedicated design partnership tenant separate from your organization's production Credo AI environment. This approach ensures:
Safe Testing Environment:
- Design partnership activities occur in an isolated environment, protecting your production governance workflows
- No impact to existing governance processes, data, or user workflows in your primary tenant
- Freedom to experiment, test, and provide candid feedback without production concerns
Sandbox Data Usage:
- The design tenant should be populated primarily with sandbox or non-production data
- Test use cases, synthetic documentation, and representative (but non-sensitive) AI system information
- While realistic enough to evaluate AI Assistant capabilities, data should not include sensitive or confidential information
Feature Development Environment:
- Access to pre-release AI Assistant features as they're being developed and refined
- Expect iterative updates, occasional bugs, and evolving functionality throughout the partnership
- Not intended for production governance decisions or critical business workflows
Transition to Production
General Availability Timeline:
AI Assistant features tested during the design partnership are expected to reach General Availability in Q1 2026, subject to development progress and feedback integration.
Production Access:
- Upon General Availability (“GA”) release, AI Assistant capabilities will be available through your production Credo AI tenant
- Configuration and learnings from design partnership can inform production deployment
- Commercial terms for ongoing AI Assistant usage will be discussed prior to GA
Purpose of Design Partnership
The primary goals of this design partnership are:
- Customer-Driven Development: Ensure AI Assistant features are built in a way that reflects real customer needs, workflows, and pain points
- Adoption Readiness: Help participating organizations prepare for AI Assistant adoption—understanding capabilities, identifying use cases, and planning internal rollout
- Quality Assurance: Validate recommendation accuracy, usability, and value before broad release
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with customers to define the future of intelligent AI governance
This is a co-creation opportunity, not a production deployment. Your feedback directly shapes what we build and how we build it.
