Today, we're proud to announce that Credo AI has been accepted into the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program, an invite-only initiative that helps high-potential B2B startups scale by providing access to Microsoft's technology, mentorship, and global enterprise ecosystem. Around 150 companies are selected from tens of thousands of startups, and we're honored to be among them.

For Credo AI, Pegasus is more than a program. It's an accelerant for our mission: ensuring that every AI system that touches the enterprise — every model, every application, and now every agent — is governed by the policies of the humans accountable for it.

“We’re excited to welcome Credo AI to the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program,” said Tom Davis, General Manager of Microsoft for Startups. “This initiative gives select startups access to Azure’s cutting-edge AI models, enterprise-grade security and privacy, and unique go-to-market support to accelerate growth. Through Pegasus, startups can build fast, scale smart, and sell more by tapping into the full power of Azure and the Microsoft ecosystem.”

Building on a Proven Collaboration with Microsoft

This milestone builds on a collaboration that has been compounding for nearly two years. Our partnership reached a major milestone last year with the launch of Credo AI's integration with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry — pioneering policy-to-code translation for the enterprise. That integration gave governance teams structured, validated technical evidence tied to each AI use case, while empowering developers to run evaluators like groundedness, hallucination detection, and bias checks directly in their workflow, with results flowing back into the Credo AI platform as a single system of record.

Built on Microsoft Azure, Credo AI's governance intelligence engine is trained on the most consequential dataset in enterprise AI: real-world deployments across industries, risk frameworks, regulatory regimes, and organizational decision making. Unlike compliance tools that check boxes after the fact, Credo AI creates a living governance layer that doesn't just see what your AI systems are doing. It understands the risk surface: which agents, use-cases, applications or models are making which decisions, for whom, under what policies, and where accountability gaps are forming before they become incidents.

This is a fundamental shift in how enterprises govern AI at scale. From reactive documentation to proactive risk intelligence, embedded directly into the AI development lifecycle.

As AI moves faster than regulation, Credo AI gives organizations what regulators and boards are demanding: proof that your AI is not just performing, but performing responsibly.

Joining Pegasus extends that foundation from how AI is built on Azure to how it is bought, scaled, and governed across the Microsoft enterprise ecosystem.

What This Unlocks

  • Deeper technical integration across Azure AI. Pegasus gives us expanded access to Microsoft's AI engineering resources as we extend governance from models and applications to agents — including runtime governance for agentic systems built and operated on Azure.
  • Reaching enterprises where they already buy. Through Microsoft's global enterprise network and co-sell motion, joint customers can adopt Credo AI alongside the Azure stack they already trust — shortening the path from AI ambition to governed, production AI.
  • Scaling governance for the agentic era. As enterprises move from individual models to fleets of agents, the governance surface grows exponentially. With Microsoft's infrastructure and Credo AI's platform, joint customers can codify their policies once and enforce them everywhere their AI operates.

Governance and Speed, Scaling Together

AI adoption is no longer gated by what's technically possible — it's gated by what organizations can trust. Our work with Microsoft has always been grounded in a shared conviction: governance and speed are not mutually exclusive, they're co-enablers. The Pegasus Program lets us prove that at much greater scale, with the enterprises that need it most.

To every enterprise building AI on Azure: we're excited to serve you, together.
