About the Role

What we are looking for:

As Credo AI’s first Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning and prioritizing our integration roadmap. The Credo AI Governance Platform is designed to integrate with our customers’ technical AI/ML infrastructure, to pull data that is relevant to governance. You will be responsible for making sure that our Platform can integrate seamlessly with the many different MLOps, LLMOps, and DevOps tools that our customers use to build, test, and deploy AI systems, as well as the business tools that our customers use to manage governance and compliance processes.

You will work in close collaboration with our Head of Research, Customer Success, and Product Marketing stakeholders to gather information about the needs of our customers when it comes to technical integrations. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, and our AI Research teams to deliver integration functionality. You will also be responsible for tracking usage and other success metrics related to integration features and overall product adoption, and sharing these insights with the broader Product team and other stakeholders.

You might be a good fit if: 

• Has 4-6 years experience in product management in the enterprise software space;
• Has built API, SDK, or developer experience-focused products;
• Has experience leading projects and managing timelines and deliverables across multi-stakeholder teams;
• Has conducted market and/or user research and evaluated qualitative and quantitative results to drive decision-making;
• Even better if…
• You have experience building B2B AI/ML products;
• You have experience operating in highly ambiguous and fast-paced environments. Even better if you’ve worked at an early-stage startup before!‍

Expectations:

• Managing and prioritizing the technical integration roadmap for the Credo AI Platform;
• Conducting market and user research to identify the most relevant and valuable integrations to prioritize based on the needs of our customers and prospects;
• Communicate product requirements for new integration-related features that are validated with the market, and work with Engineering, Design, and AI Research to execute on building those features;
• Identifying product usage metrics that we need to track to evaluate success against our product KPIs and instrumenting the ability for us to track those metrics using tools like Heap and Fullstory;
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to ensure that sales and marketing assets accurately reflect technical product capabilities and roadmap;

Location & Remote Culture

We are a fully distributed company and are comfortable hiring in any location (location-specific legal requirements permitting). While this is a remote role and we're a fully distributed team, we routinely meet up in-person. Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $120k - $170k.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
