As a Responsible AI Solution Engineer at Credo AI, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales and customer implementation processes. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver effective demos, craft tailored solutions, and provide sales enablement support. Additionally, you will work with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth customer implementations, offering technical expertise and project management assistance. This role is ideal for a versatile professional who possesses a strong background in SaaS Enterprise Software sales, solution engineering, and AI Governance.
In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between our product capabilities and the customer's unique challenges. You will contribute to the growth of our business by providing technical guidance, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with both sales and technical teams. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely will be instrumental in conveying the value proposition of our AI governance software to a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, data scientists, and compliance officers. Through your work, you will drive the adoption of Responsible AI at scale, ensuring organizations can leverage the power of artificial intelligence while maintaining trust and compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
You might be a good fit if:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a solution engineer or related roles in SaaS Enterprise Software sales, demonstrating expertise in solution crafting, technical presentations, and training.
- Strong knowledge of AI Governance principles and Responsible AI frameworks, and hands-on experience implementing data science and machine learning solutions.
- Proven ability to deliver live technical demos and lead sales pilots, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously and ensure successful implementation within the defined timelines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Expectations:
- Conduct product demonstrations: Present the capabilities and benefits of our AI governance software to technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively articulating our value proposition and addressing customer concerns.
- Proof of Concept (POC) development: Create and deliver POCs to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of our AI governance solutions in real-world scenarios, showcasing how our software addresses specific customer challenges.
- Solution design and architecture: Collaborate with customers to analyze their AI governance needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop tailored AI governance solutions that align with their unique needs.
- Sales enablement: create and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and documentation for the sales team.
- Customer success and support: Provide ongoing technical support to customers, helping them successfully implement and integrate our AI governance software into their existing infrastructure and workflows.
Location & Remote Culture
We are a fully distributed company and are comfortable hiring in any location (location-specific legal requirements permitting). While this is a remote role and we're a fully distributed team, we routinely meet up in-person. Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $130k - $160k. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
