As our AI Innovation Designer, you will:

• Spearhead design initiatives for our intricate AI governance and generative AI applications, turning sophisticated tech into intuitive, visually compelling user experiences.
• Visualize and articulate complex AI concepts through your captivating concepts, shaping our identity and amplifying our voice in the market.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI graphics software such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Stable Diffusion, boldly exploring uncharted design territories.
• Contribute to every facet of our visual narrative, from UI/UX design to marketing graphics - creating iconography, slide deck graphics, website illustrations, and beyond.

You might be a good fit if: 

• Proven experience in product and graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases your skill and versatility.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Experience with AI-centric tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion is a strong plus.
• Expertise in designing for dynamic websites and applications that are responsive for all breakpoints, and reactive to user personas and needs. 
• Familiarity with working on designs for particular platforms like Webflow or Framer, and UI frameworks such as Material Design ensure productive team collaboration.
• Outstanding communication skills, as you'll be translating intricate tech concepts into visual masterpieces.
• A strong interest in AI, its potential benefits and harms, and a relentless drive to continually evolve in this dynamic sphere.

Location & Remote Culture

We are a fully distributed company and are comfortable hiring in any location (location-specific legal requirements permitting). While this is a remote role and we're a fully distributed team, we routinely meet up in-person. Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $110k - $155k.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
