Head of Marketing

We’re looking for a critical member of the Credo AI team who likes to operate at the intersection of marketing, product marketing, and building an ecosystem, to help define our communication strategy for our impactful customer solutions.

Who we are searching for:

We’re looking for a critical member of the Credo AI team who likes to operate at the intersection of marketing, product marketing, and building an ecosystem, to help define our communication strategy for our impactful customer solutions. You will be responsible for creating the most compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions, and building the right programs to increase customer engagement and service adoption. You deeply resonate with our vision to empower organizations to deliver Ethical AI at Scale. You will get to work on Credo AI’s growing business and have a meaningful impact every day.

This description is not exhaustive. We are looking for a leader with the experience to define direction and prioritize among a wide scope of options with both short-term needs and long-term success in mind.

What you will focus on:

  • Develop and raise awareness around a category-defining brand.
  • Develop and own product messaging, positioning and branding that establishes trust with our target audience (Fortune 500 and Global 2000 leaders) and demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs. Ensure that the voice of the customer is always represented in every customer product and marketing experience.
  • Lead and collaborate closely with cross functional teams to drive successful product launches and marketing campaigns aligned with Credo AI’s business objectives. Establish clear KPIs for impactful testing agenda and measurement plan in place. Be accountable for reviewing program results to ensure continued improvement of the Credo AI product marketing programs.
  • Own content marketing: Craft & develop compelling audience-specific messages, content and tools (training, presentations, whitepapers, infographics, blogs, product tips, webinars, customer success stories, product videos, how to guide etc.). Own website and social media content
  • Own and execute strategies for product marketing, content marketing and growth marketing.
  • Own the development & successful execution of go-to-market strategies and product/feature launches to convert, retain and grow our customer base.

Which skills you should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing including crafting marketing content etc.
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products.
  • Are a strong writer to deliver impactful content each week, and you avoid enterprise jargon, can adapt to the Credo AI voice, and write with the customer in mind.
  • Demonstrated experience working with engineering, product management, design, and data science functions.
  • Have passion for learning new products and industries—unafraid to dive into the nitty gritty technical details.
  • Are data-driven in how you approach and measure your work.
  • Are always willing to roll up your sleeves and get scrappy—we are a startup after all

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master's Degree Computer Science, engineering, technology background is a plus
  • Experience in Machine learning AI, privacy, security, compliance, or areas related to improving overall trustworthy user experience when it comes to technology is a plus.

This full-time position can be remote. We are headquartered in Palo Alto USA
