About the Role

What we are looking for:

As the lead for Demand Generation, your primary responsibility will be to oversee marketing initiatives that aim to acquire and nurture leads through a combination of traditional and modern demand generation tactics and campaigns. These may include paid social media, search engine marketing (SEM), webinars, email campaigns, account-based marketing, and events. We are looking for a results-driven marketer who is focused on generating revenue and has a proven track record in both inbound and outbound B2B marketing. You will have complete ownership of integrated campaigns and think across all stages of the buyer’s journey to pick the right channels and drive demand for Credo AI.

You might be a good fit if: 

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of full-time marketing experience 
  • 3+ years of demand generation B2B experience 
  • Proven track record of crafting and executing successful enterprise-level demand generation programs
  • Hands-on expertise in pipeline forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Proven experience working with email marketing, social advertising, SEM, paid media and content syndication
  • Ability to develop compelling messaging and maintain a consistent voice across all digital channels.
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to perform ongoing optimization Experience managing external vendors, including agencies.
  • Collaborative approach with sales teams, effectively coordinating, communicating, and delivering campaigns that resonate throughout the buyer's journey.
  • Self-starter mentality, thriving in a multitasking environment with fast-paced dynamics.
  • Excellent time management abilities, adept at prioritizing and adjusting workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot, Google Analytics and other marketing technology platforms


  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Product Marketing to establish a demand generation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and implement innovative multi-channel campaigns, both short-term and long-term, utilizing various methods such as webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, content syndication, etc.
  • Drive enterprise Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and sales pipeline while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at every stage.
  • Utilize marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
  • Contribute to content development aimed at targeting prospects throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with sales to research, build, and prioritize target accounts based on opportunity (buyer need, persona, vertical etc.), and lead the creation, implementation and execution of ABM marketing programs.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Expand distribution across all channels, including non-owned channels, by employing content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure the delivery of high-quality leads and appropriate follow-up. Establish a consistent feedback loop and continuously enhance and optimize lead hand-off processes in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Work closely with product marketing to develop programs that support sales enablement.
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus

Location & Remote Culture

We are a fully distributed company and are comfortable hiring in any location (location-specific legal requirements permitting). While this is a remote role and we're a fully distributed team, we routinely meet up in-person. We support individual members to coordinate in-person coworking whenever possible, and organize company-wide offsites multiple times a year. The expected salary range for this position is $125k - $170k.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
